Meet Milanda — the vibrant, spirited heart of her home and the magnetic personality behind Tits n’ Beans. As a proud stay-at-home mom to seven lively children and the equally energetic caretaker of two lovable dogs, Milanda’s life is anything but ordinary. Her days are filled with joyful chaos, laughter echoing through the halls, and the comforting rhythm of home-cooked meals being prepared in her bustling kitchen.
Some of her most treasured moments come when she’s standing at the stove, apron on, glass of wine or a light beer in hand, preparing hearty, flavorful dishes for her incredibly fit and supportive husband and her beautiful, spirited children. The kitchen is her sanctuary — a place where love is simmered into every pot and pan, and where stories are told over sizzles and spices.
But Milanda isn’t all domestic goddess and no play. When the chores are done (or even when they’re not), you’ll find her at the beach, toes in the sand, tossing back beers with the boys and swapping stories that could make you blush. She’s also a fitness enthusiast, often found leading the pack on a high-energy road ride, wind in her hair and determination in her eyes. Whether she’s trail running, paddleboarding, or just learning a new skill on a whim, Milanda thrives on adventure and variety.
Her life is a dynamic blend of family, fun, food, and freedom — and she’s inviting you to come along for the ride. Whether you’re looking for recipe inspiration, a dose of wild humor, or just a peek into the perfectly imperfect life of a mom who does it all with flair, Milanda’s world is warm, wild, and wonderfully real.
So pull up a chair, grab a drink, and savor the flavors — because with Milanda, every day is a feast, and every story is worth sharing.

Loud in the kitchen. Louder in life.
“Hey you beautiful kitchen cowboys,
I’m Milanda—culinary chaos agent, pesto apologist, and founder of TitsnBeans.com, your new favorite corner of the internet where recipes come with a side of sass and zero shame.
I wasn’t raised on Michelin stars. I was raised on telenovelas, street tacos, and the kind of abuela who believed garlic was a love language. Food, in my world, was loud, emotional, and usually cooked while someone danced in the background. (That someone was often me. Still is.)
I started TitsnBeans after working ten years in tech and realizing that what I really wanted was to yell about food online. I wanted a space where “feminine” didn’t mean dainty, and “cooking” didn’t mean measuring things like a robot. Here, I write like I talk, which is fast, unfiltered, and occasionally NSFW. You’ve been warned.
People ask what my cooking style is. I call it “lazy gourmet”—big flavors, low effort, and no unnecessary crap like edible flowers or guilt. I believe every fridge should have a jar of pesto, a questionable wine, and at least one rogue wedge of cheese. If yours doesn’t, we can still be friends. But I will fix you.
If you’re here for structure, you might cry. If you’re here for joy, you’re in the right damn place.
Let’s get messy”.
